I had been in a car accident and my car was written off. I hadn't had it long and Millennium went out of their way to help me with the process as I really did not know what to do. They were patient while I test drive a few cars and while I was waiting on my insurance to sort themselves out. This help with sorting things out made a stressful time much easier.
